Notice of Making Public Path Creation Agreement 2017
Highways Act 1980 Section 25 Dorset County Council Parish of Marshwood A Public Bridleway at Prime Copse, Marshwood The above named Agreement, made on 17 February 2017 under section 25 of the Highways Act 1980, has the effect of creating:
A bridleway in the parish of Marshwood in theWest Dorset District, from its junction with Bridleway 43, Marshwood at SY 38779733, continuing east to the river and bridge crossing at SY 38809733 then east to its junction with Glebeland Lane at SY 38819733.
The width of the bridleway is 3 metres except at the bridge where it is 2.5 metres.
A copy of the Agreement and Map may be seen free of charge at Reception, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester during normal office hours. Copies of the Agreement may be bought there for £10.00. (cheques should be made payable to Dorset County Council)
Under section 25, there is no right of objection and the Agreement has taken immediate effect.

Temporary Closure of Monmouth Street, Lyme Regis
DORSET COUNTY COUNCIL intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along MONMOUTH STREET, LYME REGIS a distance of approximately 70 metres. The order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to Highway Users. It will come into operation on 13th March 2017 and will remain in force for 18 months. However it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 13th April 2017.
This order will enable Gary Mullins, safe access to carry out the re-render in traditional lime render and the replacement of the traditional box sash windows at Monmouth House.
An alternative vehicular route will be signed using; Coombe Street - Hill Road - B3165 - A3052
