Notice is hereby given that Mr Mo Sangera has applied to Thurrock Council for a new premises licence at Corringham Grocers, 78 Woodbrooke Way, Corringham, Essex, SS17 9DW for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, between the hours of 06:00 and 22:00 Monday – Sunday. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Thurrock Council, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, R17 6SL or by email: licensing@thurrock.gov.uk Representations must be received within 28 days of this notice. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed at the councils website: https://www.thurrock.gov.uk The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
