ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for 2016 will be held in the Clubhouse, Links Road, Weymouth on Wednesday 16th March 2016 at 7 p.m.
Propositions for the Annual General Meeting must be submitted, in writing, with name of Proposer and Seconder. Such Propositions must be in the hands of the Company Secretary, Gerry O'Connell, no later than 5 p.m. on Tuesday 16th February 2016.
