HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 119 NOTICE OF MAKING A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER VALE OF WHITE HORSE DISTRICT COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH, SHRIVENHAM NO 6 (GALLEYHERNS FARM) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017 The above Order, made on 22 February 2017 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public footpath commencing at Grid Reference 2646 8887 (Point A) and running in a generally easterly direction for a distance of approximately 368 metres to Grid Reference 2683 8887 (Point B) then running in an east north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 47 metres to Grid reference 2687 8889 (Point C) and then running in an easterly direction for a distance of approximately 42 meters to 2691 8890 (Point D) onto an alignment commencing at Grid Reference 2646 8887 (Point A) and running in an east north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 330 metres to Grid Reference 2677 8899 (Point E) then running in a generally south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 170 metres to Grid Reference 2691 8890 (Point D) as shown on the Order Map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Vale of White

Horse District Council from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies of the

order and map may be bought there at the price of £10.

Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Democratic Services, Vale of White Horse District Council, 135 Eastern Avenue, Milton Park, Milton OX14 4SB not later than 27 March 2017. Please

state the grounds on which it is made.

If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Vale of White Horse District Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If

the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with the Order
