Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH ET3, ELTON (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which temporarily closes Public Footpath ET3 at OS Grid Reference SO 4480, 7098. The closure is required due to an unsafe footbridge. The alternative route is via the C1019, ET4 and ET5.

The Order came into operation on 10 March 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
