Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the C1034 Ledicot Lane from B4362, Shobdon Temporary Closure Order 2017 to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles from outside Oxhouse Cottages to the junction with U92413 Tyn Y Coed to Ledicot Road OS Grid Ref: 341436 / 262020 & 340617 / 262101. The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the B4362 onto the U92413 Tyn Y Coed to Ledicot Road and vice versa. The said closure is required due to the installation of new gas service connections and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 20th March 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
