Herefordshire Council Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, under its relevant powers, have made the A438 St Owen Street, Hereford, Temporary Parking Restriction Order | 2017 to temporarily prohibit vehicles from parking from outside property number 115 to 123 and from outside property number 135 to 157, St Owen Street Hereford.
The said restriction is required due to gas mains renewal works to allow traffic to continue to use the above road with minimal restriction whist maintaining a safe working zone whilst the works are being carried out. The said restriction will come into force on the 7th March 2017 and may remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months, (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State), but is expected to be in place for 3 weeks.
