Licensing Act 2003: Application to Vary a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that The Midcounties Co-Operative Limited has made an application for a variation to a premises licence for Mid Counties Co-operative Foodstore, 1 Foldgate Lane, Ludlow, Shropshire, SY8 1LS. The proposed application is to vary the hours permitted for the sale by retail of alcohol and opening hours for Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 23:00 and to replace Condition 2 in Annex 2 under General of the current premises licence with a new proposed condition, full details of which can be seen in the application.
