Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having aclaim against or an interest in the Estate ol the aforementioned deceased, late ol Wellington House Nursing Home 82-84 Kirkgate Shipley BDI83LU (formerly ol 14 Ewart Place Great Horton Bradford BD7 3PD), who died on 18/11/2016, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 12/05/2017, alter which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
