The effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of driving on Well Lane from its junction with Northwich Road to its junction with Common Lane. The Order will be effective on Monday 27th March 2017 for 4 weeks when signed on site. The alternative routes are via Northwich Road, Common Lane and vice versa. The effect of which will be to introduce the following:
i. 20mph Speed Limit on Mersey Street for its entire length

junction with Moulders Lane. The Order will be effective on Monday 27th March 2017 for 14 weeks when signed on site. A signed diversion will be provided on site throughout the duration of the works. The closure is required to facilitate highway improvement works associated with Phase 3 of the Time Square Development.
