I/We Whiskey Bravo Productions Ltd do hereby give notice that it is my/ our intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council in the county of East Sussex for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as The Level, North Lawns

for the fol lowing licensable activities/proposed variation which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises:

Live Music/Recorded Music/Performance of Dance/ Supply of Alcohol -

Thursday 18:00 - 23:00 Friday 16:00 - 23:00 Saturday 13:00 - 23:00

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant, should send to Head of Planning and Public Protection, Health & Safety and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than "(insert date) 22 March 2017 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].
