NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATHS KCH 40 & KCH 41) (PARISH OF CHEDWORTH) DIVERSION ORDER 2016 On the 22nd February 2017 the Gloucestershire County Counci confirmed the above Order under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert lengths of public footpath as described in the Schedule. A copy of the Order as confirmed and plan annexed to the Order ("Order Plan") may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Westgate Street, Gloucester, GL1 2TG, and Cotswold District Council, Trinity Road, Cirencester, Glos, GL57 1PX Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be obtained free of charge (please quote reference KCH 40/41/MBT).The Ordercomes into force as from 22nd February 2017 but if any person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that any requirements of the Act, or of any regulations made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 of the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from the date on which notice is first published, apply to the High Court John Lane, Public Rights of Way lead Officer, Gloucestershire County Council, Westgate Street, Gloucester GL1 2TG Date 2nd March 2017
