NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I NARINDER CHAKAL APPLIED ON 18TH FEBRUARY 2017 TO READING BOROUGH COUNCIL IN RESPECT OF THE PREMISES KNOW AS DAVINA'S, 23 FRIAR STREET, READING, BERKSHIRE RG1 1DP FOR THE GRANT/VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE, OR CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE FOR THE FOLLOWING;

Under the provisions of Licensing Act 2003 (Premises Licences & Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2005 the above named person has applied for the GRANT/ VARIATION of the premises licence or club premises certificate.
