(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Limited Waiting on Bastonford Lane, Bastonford]
On 16 February 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to revoke limited waiting 2 hours no return within 4 hours on the
following length and side of road in Bastonford:-
Bastonford Lane (south side) from the south west corner of the layby for a distance of 80 metres in a westerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 9 March 2017.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Community Safety and Resilience Manager, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern, Worcs., WR14 3AF, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an
Order to close that part of C2024 Pensax Road, Abberley, from its junction with B4202
Pensax to its junction with C2404 Stockton in order to facilitate network ducting
by Barden Network.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4202 Pensax, B4202 Clows Top Road, C2030 The Common, A443 Elms Green, A443 Stockton, C2024 Stockton, C2024 Pensax and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. with U47629 Shrubbery Road to its junction with A44 Worcester Road in order to
facilitate Electrical ducting works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A44 Worcester Road, A44 Allens Hill, A4104 Terrace Road, A4101 Walcot Lane, C2115 Stonebow Road and vice versa.

(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on Washington Street, Worcester]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which
will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and
side of road in Worcester:
Washington Street (south west side) from a point 29.7 metres from its junction with Northfield Street for a distance of 6.6 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will
contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes.
A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to
make the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service

The Council have made an Order to close that part of U50000 Severn Terrace,
Worcester, from its junction with A449 Castle Streetto its junction with U50001 Moor Street in orderto facilitate footway reconstruction works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A449 Castle Street, U50003 Loves Grove, U50001 Moor Street and
vice versa.

(C2231 Broadheath Lane, Hallow)(Temporary 30 MPH Speed Limit) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of C2231 Broadheath Lane, Hallow from its junction with U64012 Shoulton Lane to its junction with U62416 Peachley Lane, in orderto facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

(U53112 The Cross, Worcester)(Temporary Closure) and (St. Swithins Street, Worcester)(Temporary Suspension of One Way Closure) Order 2017 The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which is to close U53112 The Cross, Worcester, from its junction with U53111 Angel Streetto its junction with U53124 Broad Street and to suspend the one way traffic restriction on St. Swithins Street from its junction with Trinity Street to its junction with the High Street.
The Order is being made to facilitate new water connection works. Alternative route:- A38 City Walls Road, A38 St Nicholas Street, U53123 St Swithins Street, U53116 Mealcheapen Street, U53117 Corn Market and 38 City Walls Road. Maximum duration: 18 months Anticipated duration: 2 days: Commencing:

(City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Dugdale Drive, Bright Avenue and Mabbs Close, Worcester] On 16 February 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of
which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Dugdale Drive (north side) from its junction with Bright Avenue for a distance of 13 metres in an easterly direction and 17 metres in a westerly direction; from its junction with Mabbs Close for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction and 10 metres in a westerly direction. Bright Avenue (both sides) from its junction with Dugdale Drive for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction. Mabbs Close (both sides) from its junction with Dugdale Drive for a distance of 12 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
