Gorchymyn Gwahardd a Chyfyngu Aros Dwyrain Rhisga 2017
HYSBYSIR drwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili wrth weithredu ei holl bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a'i holl bwerau galluogi eraill ac ar 6l ymgynghori gyda Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu wedi gwneud gorchymyn afydda'reffaitho:-
Gwahardd aros ar unrhyw adeg ar ochrau gogleddol a gogledd-ddwyreiniol Heol yr Eglwys, Rhisga bob ochr i'r bont reilffordd i atal parcio rhwystro
Gwahardd aros ar unrhyw adeg ar y fynedfa i'r pare ar Ffordd y Caeau, Pont-y-meistr i atal cerbydau sydd wedi'u parcio rhag cyfyngu gwelededd gyrwyr sy'n gadael y parc.
Diddymu adran o'r gwaharddiad presennol o aros ar ochr orllewinol Heol yr Orsaf, Rhisga gyferbyn ag eiddo 29 i 32 er mwyn darparu mannau parcio ychwanegol.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar y 1af Mawrth 2017 neu bryd bynnag mae'r arwyddion a'r marciau ffordd cysylltiedig yn eu lle.
Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw un o'r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn pwerau a roddwyd gan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ar y sail bod unrhyw ofyniad o'r Ddeddf honno a wnaed dan y ddeddf heb gydymffurfio a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny o fewn chwe wythnos o'r dyddiad isod i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

Risca West Prohibition & Restriction of Waiting Order 2017
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is to:-
Prohibit waiting at any time on the north and north east side of Church Road, Risca either side of the railway bridge to prevent obstructive parking
Prohibit waiting at any time at the entrance to the park on Fields Road, Pontymister to prevent parked vehicles from restricting the visibility of drivers exiting the park.
Revoke a section of the existing prohibition of waiting on the west side of Station Road Risca opposite properties 29 to 32 to provide additional parking spaces.
The Order shall come into operation on 1st March 2017 or such date the associated signs and road markings are in place.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the grounds that any requirement of the Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
