PUBLIC NOTICE (Licensing Act 2003)

Take notice that Penny Petroleum Partnership 1 have applied to Durham County Council under the LicensingAct2003 for a variation to the premises licence in respect of the premises known as Helmington Row Service Station, West Road, Helmington Row, Crook DL15 0RW. A brief description of the roposed variation is as follows: the supply of alcohol for off the premises & opening hours 0600 to 2300 hours Monday to Sunday, & to remove/ propose conditions for the licence. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
