BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(MALT HILL, WARFIELD) [TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING] ORDER 2017

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in any direction along Malt Hill between its junction with A330 Kingscroft Lane and its junction with B3022 Bracknell Road.

The alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be via A330 Kingcraft Lane, A330 Cock Lane and B3022 Bracknell Road, or via this route reversed. The purpose of this Order is to enable works to be safely executed on the carriageway, namely the replacement of a water mains pipe.

The Order was made on 27th February 2017 and will come into operation on the 6th March 2017. Although the Order will have a maximum duration of 6 months it is anticipated that the works requiring the road closure will be completed by the 10th March 2017.
