Development Affecting the Setting of a Listed Building
Application Number: 2017/29789 Proposal: Listed Building - Proposed 115x115mm push pad to assist disabled access into the station, the push pad would be fixed next to the public entrance and fixed into a mortar joint not into the terracotta blockwork. The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it, as required by Section 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as the proposal affects the setting of a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area within the meaning of Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal may be of public interest under the terms of Article 15(4) or (5) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.
