Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925
Any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of John Henry Holden late of 31 East Park Avenue Darwen in the Country of  Lancashire on the 9th day of September 2016 (whose Will was proved by) Albert Gavagan the Executor(s) therein named on the 7th day of February 2017, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to Watson Ramsbottom of 33/39 Railway Road Darwen Lancashire BB3 2RL or to the undersigned on or before the 21st day of April 2017 after which date the Executor(s) will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
