S34 APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE Mr Murat Samut HAS APPLIED TO THE WOKINGHAM BOROUGH COUNCIL TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING VARIATIONS TO THEIR LICENCE SITUATE AT:

Spin Bar, Alexander Court, Denmark Street, Wokingham RG40 2SL Proposed Variation: Change to the floor layout as per plans submitted.

IT IS AN OFFENCE LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE [£5,000], UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION
