Temporary Traffic Management Order Stuart Road, Highcliffe,Christchurch
DORSET COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order under Section 14 [1] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended. The order is needed in order to comply with Health and Safety Regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to Highway Users. The order will come into operation at 00:01hrs on the 27th February 2017, and will remain in force for 18 months. However it is anticipated that the works will be completed by the 4th May 2018 at 23:59hrs. The order is to allow Churchill Retirement Living Ltd unimpeded access to the development site on Stuart Road, Christchurch. The effect of the order is as follows; [A] To impose a temporary parking restriction and clearway on Stuart Road, Highcliffe, Christchurch, from the junction with the A337, Lymington Road, Highcliffe to approximately outside no 12, Stuart Road, Highcliffe, Christchurch, a distance of approximately 100 metres.
