PUBLIC INQUIRY
A Public Inquiry is to be held on Tuesday 14th March 2017 at 10.00am in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Watford, lasting for 3 days. This is in relation to the refusal of planning reference 15/01532/FULM at Caledonian House, 39 St Albans Road, Watford. The subject matter for the Inquiry includes, the impact of the proposed development on the character and appearance of the surrounding area and its impact on the setting of the Nascot Conservation Area; the provision of affordable housing; and housing need within the Borough.
