PREMISES LICENCE APPLICATION

I Mr Ardian Brahaj have applied to WALTHAM FOREST COUNCIL for a premises licence at the premises: 611b Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, E10 6AJ in order that the following licensable activities can take place on or from the premises: Supply of Alcohol Sunday to Thursday 10:00 until 23:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 until 23:30. Waltham Forest Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Section, Community Protection Services, Sycamore House, Forest Road, WalthamstowE17 4JF where details of the application may be inspected. The office hours are Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00pm. Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Service at the above address, by no later than the Friday, 17th March 2017. Residents and businesses in the vicinity of the premises or bodies representing such residents or businesses may make representations. The grounds on which representations may be made are restricted to the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Representations cannot be made after the provisional statement has been issued. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to an unlimited fine for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
