Notice is hereby given that Hospitality Leisure Consultancy Ltd has applied in respect of Faborje, Gade House, 46 The Parade, Watford WD171AY for the grant of a variation of the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to increase the hours For licensable activities on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights as follows:

> Regulated entertainment (exhibition of films; performance of live and recorded music) from 02:00 hours to 02:45 hours on Friday and Saturday nights and from 01:00 hours to 01:30 hours on Sunday nights;



> Late night refreshment from 02:00 hours to 02:45 hours on Friday and Saturday nights and from 01:00 hours to 01:30 hours on Sunday nights;



? Supply of alcohol (on and off-sales) from 01:00 hours to 02:00 hours on

Friday and Saturday nights. No change is proposed on Sundays. The application also seeks to amend the opening hours, non-standard timings and the conditions of the premises licence as set out in the application. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 07/03/17, to the Watford Borough Council licensing authority at Town Hall, Hertfordshire WD17 3EX where the register of licensing applications can be inspected between 09:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-16:45 on Fridays, except Bank Holidays and/or at www.watford.gov.uk.
