Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Redevelopment of site to provide private rented residential accommodation, Class 1 (Retail), Class 2 (Financial, Professional and other services), Class 3 (Food & Drink), Class 4 (Business), Class 7 (Hotel), Class 10 (Non-Residential Institutions), Class 11 (Assembly & Leisure), sui generis public house and hot-food takeaway, and associated access, landscaping and other associated works at a site bounded by Pitt Street, Holland Street, West George Street and West Regent Street. Drop-in public consultation events will be held at 200 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5RQ on 7 and 8 March 2017 from 3pm to 8pm. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is submitted to Glasgow City Council, there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the planning authority.
