PUBLIC NOTICE (Licensing Act 2003)

Take notice that Penny Petroleum (North East) Limited have applied to Durham County Council under the LicensingAct2003 for a new prem­ises licence in respect of the prem­ises known as Meadowfield Filling Station Frederick St Durham DH7 8ND. A brief description of the pro­posed licence is as follows: the sup­ply of alcohol for off the premises & opening hours 0000 to 2359 hours Monday to Sunday, & late night refreshment 2300 to 0500 hours Monday to Sunday.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
