Notice is hereby given that I Nozir Ali have made an application on 13th February 2017 to Warrington Borough Council to Vary a Premises Licence at Spicy Ginger, 708 Knutsford Road, Latchford, Warrington, WA4 1JW.

The variation is to the Sale by retail of Alcohol (on & off sales), Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) and to amend the opening hours.

Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 13th March 2017 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, New Town House, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, WA1 2NH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
