To whom it may concern: I Stephen Gregson do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Craven District Council for the grant of our Premises licence at The Queens Arms, Litton, Skipton, N.Yorks, BD23 5QJ and known as The Queens Arms.
The application is to
Supply of alcohol on and off the premises:
Monday to Wednesday 9.00-23.00, Thursday - Saturday 9.00-0.00 and Sunday 12.00-22.30.
Live music: Friday- Saturday- 12.00-23.00
and Sunday- 12.00-6.00
Films: Monday-Saturday 12.00-23.00
and Sunday 12.00-22.30.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Craven District Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, North Yorkshire, BD23 1FJ not later than 28 days after this date of this notice (as below) Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being, £5000.
