Notice is hereby given that Philip Marfleet has applied in respect of Marfleet Events for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for an event to be held on August 19th 2017 from 13:00hrs until 00:00hrs and annually there after on a date to be confirmed. To allow for Films, live and recorded music sale of alcohol and late night refreshment Representations to this application must be made in writing, by March 11th 2017, to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority at PO Box 889, Town Hall, Colchester, CO1 1FL where the register of Licensing applications can be inspected between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, £5000
