ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (SOUTH BACK ROCK, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

South Back Rock, Bury - North-easterly side footway between The Rock and Clerke Street (at the rear of the site of the former Sol Viva Nightclub building). The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate development works on land at the site of the former Sol Viva Nightclub building.
The alternative route will be via The Rock and the south-easterly side footway of Clerke Street and vice-versa.
The Order comes into operation on Monday 27 February 2017 and shall remain in
force for a period of up to 6 months (although the anticipated duration of the works
is 17 weeks).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (CLERKE STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY REVOCATION OF LOADING ONLY BAY AND HACKNEY CARRIAGE ONLY PAKRING PLACE AND LOADING ONLY BAY ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be:-

1) To prohibit any vehicles from loading/unloading on Clerke Street, Bury -full extent of the lay-by located on the northerly/easterly side between points approximately 48 metres and 76 metres east of the easterly kerbline of South Back Rock
2) To prohibit Hackney Carriages from using the Hackney Carriage Stand, Clerke Street, Bury - east side lay-by from its junction with the Service Yard access to Block F of The Rock Development (opposite the former Flying Shuttle Public House building) for a distance of 15 metres in a south-easterly direction
3) To introduce loading/unloading on Clerke Street, Bury - east side lay-by from its junction with the Service Yard access to Block F of The Rock Development (opposite the former Flying Shuttle Public House building) for a distance of IS metres in a south-easterly direction.
The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate development works on land at the site of the former Sol Viva Nightclub building.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (KNOWSLEY STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2017 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

The reason for the proposed order is to enable manhole cover and frame replacement
works to be carried out.
The alternative route will be via Manchester Road and Angouleme Way and vice versa or via Manchester Road, Parkhills Road, Market Street and Angouleme Way and vice-versa.
The proposed Order will come into operation on Sunday OS March 2017 and shall remain in force for a period of up to one month, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately one day. Dated 23 February 2017 Council Solicitor
