NOTICE OF INTENTION OF LOSS OF OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given of the following loss of Open Space:
- 1.076 acres or thereabouts of land adjacent to Sedgefield Cemetery, Butterwick Road, Sedgefield
- 25m2 or thereabouts of land adjacent to 17 The Cotswolds, Chilton

Plans showing the areas concerned may be inspected at the offices of Asset Management, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL. By virtue of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the County Council is required to give formal notice of loss of Open Space and consider any objections to the proposed loss.
Any representations or objections should be made in writing to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services at the address below before the 15th March 2017 and should state the grounds for objection.
