Application for a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl UK GmbH have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Braintree District Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl UK GmbH, Kings Road Halstead CO9 1HL for the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. A copy of this application may be inspected on the Licensing Register at Causeway House Braintree from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Any person wishing to make representation should write to: Licensing Officer, Braintree District Council, Causeway House Bocking End Braintree Essex CM7 9HB by 15/03/2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale - £5000.
