Two alternative routes: (a) B4160Redditch Ringway, U31234 Prospect
Hill, U31204 Clive Road, U31028 Hewell Road, U31000Unicorn Hill and U31000 Church Green West.
(b) U31000 Church Green West, U31000 Easemore Road, U31218 Archer Road, U31217 Grove Street and B4160Redditch Ringway. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days: Commencing:
18 March 2017.
(U23210 Ash Lane, Alvechurch)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 The Council have made an Order to close that part of U23210 Ash Lane, Alvechurch, from its junction with A441 Birmingham Road to its junction with Woodpecker Close in order to facilitate Severn Trent works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U23210 Ash Lane, U23205 Stonehouse Lane, U23204 WateryLane, C2036 Lea End Lane, A441 Birmingham Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days: Commencing: 27 February 2017.
(Borough ofRedditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictionsand Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition ofWaiting on Astwood Lane, Swansbrook Lane and Yeates Acre, Feckenham] On 9 February 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Feckenham: Astwood Lane (north side) from a point 12 metres eastofits junction with Swansbrook Lane for a distance of 98 metres in an easterly direction; (south side) from its junction with Yeates Acre for a distance of 102 metres in a westerly direction and 24 metres in an easterly direction. Swansbrook Lane (both sides) from a point 15 metres north of its junction with Astwood Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction. Yeates Acre (both sides) from its junction with Astwood Lane for a distance of10 metres in a southerly direction. The Order will varythe above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 23 February 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
(Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition ofWaiting on Scott Road and Tennyson Road,
Redditch]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the
following lengths and sides ofroads in Redditch:
Scott Road (east side) from its junction with Tennyson Road for a
distance of 69 metres in a southerly direction; (turning head) the
entire perimeter of the turning head, a distance of 20 metres; (west side) from the turning head for a distance of 25 metres in a northerly direction; from its junction with Tennyson Road for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction. Tennyson Road (south side) from its junction with Scott Road for a distance of 9 metres in an easterly direction and 11 metres in a westerly direction. The Order will varythe above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles. A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Redditch Borough Council, Planning Department, Town Hall, Walter Stranz Square, Redditch, Worcs, B98 8AH, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The Council have made an Order to close that part of U32041 Hither Green Lane, Redditch, from its junction with B4101 Dagnall End Road (both ends of cul de sac) in orderto facilitate installation of fibre optic cable works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: B4101 Dagnall End Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 7 days: Commencing: 27 February 2017.
(Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Stonepits Lane, Ashmores Close, Brookfield Close, Ditchfield Close, Chesterton Close and Elmhurst Close, Redditch]
On 9 February 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order with MODIFICATION the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting
at any time on the following lengths and sides ofroads in Redditch: Stonepits Lane (both sides) from its junction with Windmill Drive for a distance of 20 metres in a southerly direction; (west side) from its junction with Ashmores Close for adistance of10metres in anortherly direction and 10 metres in a southerly direction; from its junction with Brookfield Close for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction and 10 metres in a southerly direction; from its junction with Ditchfield Close for adistance of10metres in anortherlydirection and 10metres in a southerly direction; (east side) from its junction with Chesterton Close for adistance of10metres in anortherlydirection and 10metres in a southerly direction; from its junction with Elmhurst Close for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction; from its junction with Farmcote Close for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction. Ashmores Close (both sides) from its junction with Stonepits Lane for a distance of 14 metres in a north westerly direction. Brookfield Close (both sides) from its junction with Stonepits Lane for a distance of11 metres in a north westerly direction. Ditchfield Close (both sides) from its junction with Stonepits Lane for a distance of 11 metres in a westerly direction. Chesterton Close (both sides) from its junction with Stonepits Lane for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction. ElmhurstClose (both sides) from its junction with Stonepits Lane for a distance of10 metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting bydisabled persons vehicles. *NB - Under this amendment the advertised proposed restriction on Farmcote Close (both sides) from its junction with Stonepits lane for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction will be removed. The Order will come into operation on 23 February 2017. The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of C2035 Storrage Lane, RowneyGreen, Alvechurch from its junction with C2034 The Holloway to its junction with C2044 Icknield Street in order to facilitate fibre optic broadband installation works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: - C2044 Icknield Street; B4101 Dagnell End Road; A441 Birmingham Road; C2291 Redditch Road; C2034 The Holloway and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days: Commencing: 16 March 2017.
(U31207 Church Road, Redditch)(Temporary Closure)
Order 2017
The Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order to close that part of U31207 Church Road, Redditch, from its junction with U31000 Church Green West to its junction with U31207 Church Road in order to facilitate demolition works.
