TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Diversion of Highways (West Midlands) (No. 6) Order 2017" authorising the diversion of the whole of Footpath B7 and a length of Footpath B8 running through Oak Farm Quarry and Landfill Site at Himley, in the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley to enable development as permitted by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council under reference P14/1780.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/1990) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, Directorate of Place, 4 Ednam Road, Dudley DY1 1HL.
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 22 February 2017 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
