HYSBYSIR trwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y'i diwygiwyd) yn bwriadu mewn nid llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn i wneud y Gorchymyn canlynol:
Newid y cyfyngiad cyflymder cenedlaethol presennol ar yr A469 Heol Draenen Pen-y-graig i gyfyngiad cyflymder 40mya -
? O bwynt tua 150 metr i'r de-ddwyrain o gyffordd yr A469 Heol Draenen Pen-y-graig a B4263 Heol y Mynydd hyd at bwynt 240 metr i'r de-ddwyrain o'r gyffordd a Heol y Wenallt, o fewn ffin Cyngor Dinas Caerdydd
Bydd y gorchymyn arbrofol am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis, ac yn ystod y cyfnod hwnnw bydd y Cyngor yn ystyried a bydd darpariaethau'r Gorchymyn hwn yn parhau mewn giym am gyfnod amhenodol a gall Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Peirianneg, sy'n gweithredu ar ran y Cyngor, wneud unrhyw newidiadau perthnasol yn 6l yr angen, ar sail diogelwch, neu derfynu'r arbrawf os, yn ei farn ef, mae'r angen hynny yn codi o fewn y chwe mis cyntaf.
Gellir archwilio copi o'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, datganiad gan y Cyngor o'i resymau am wneud y Gorchymyn a mapiau'n dangos rhannau'r heolydd dan sylw, yn swyddfeydd Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, Ty Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol (Dydd Llun i Ddydd Gwener). Os ydych yn dymuno gwrthwynebu'r Gorchymyn hwn am barhad amhenodol, dylech wneud unrhyw wrthwynebiadau yn ysgrifenedig gan nodi ar ba sail mae'ch gwrthwynebiad yn cael ei wneud i'r CYFEIRIAD UCHOD o fewn chwe mis i'r Gorchymyn hwn ddod i rym.
Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un o'r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoli Traffig y Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail bod unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf honno, neu unrhyw offeryn a wneir oddi tano, heb eu cydymffurfio a hwy mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch o fewn chwe wythnos i'r dyddiad isod wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys i'r diben hwn.
Gall yr ohebiaeth gael ei datgelu yn unol a gofynion y Ddeddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000.

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make the following order:
Amend the existing national speed limit on A469 Thornhill Road to a 40mph speed limit -? From a point approximately 150 metres south-east of the junction of A469 Thornhill Road and B4263 Mountain Road to a point 240 metres south-east of the junction with Wenallt Road, within the boundary of The City of Cardiff Council
The experimental order will be for a period of eighteen months during which time the Council is to consider whether the provisions of this Order shall continue in force indefinitely and the Head of Engineering Services acting on behalf of the Council may make any relevant changes as necessary, on safety grounds, or terminate the experiment if, in his opinion, the need arises within the first six months.
A copy of the proposed Order, a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order and maps showing the affected lengths of roads may be inspected at the offices of Caerphilly County Borough Council, Ty Penallta, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG during normal office hours (Monday to Friday). If you wish to object to the making of this Order for the indefinite continuation, you should make any objections in writing stating the grounds on which your objection is made to the ADDRESS ABOVE within six months of this Order coming into force
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or any of the provisions contained in on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from the date below apply to the High Court for this purpose.
Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
