License Application

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Pic has applied in respect of The Angel, 102 Sheep Street, Bicester, OX26 6LP for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for : Change of layout - The main
changes are the addition of the bar servery and marquee to the garden area. Non standard hours Sale of alcohol is to be permitted in the beer craft shop for on and off sales as follows: Monday to Sunday from 10:00h until 22:00h. Amendment to conditions. Please refer to the application for a full list of the proposed changes. The other times, conditions and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Representations to this
application must be made in writing, by 3 March 2017, to the Cheryl District Council licensing Authority at Bodicote
House, Bodicote, Banbury OX15 4AA where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
