WROUGHTON PARK AND RIDE TRAFFIC ORDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 8 February 2017 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is as follow:
Revoke the Prohibition of Left Turn from Croft Road into Wroughton Park and Ride entrance and revoke the Prohibition of Driving on the Wroughton Park and Ride Bus Access Lane.
Introduce a 'bus only road' on Pipers Way offside lane of the eastbound carriageway between the two Wroughton Park and Ride accesses as implemented on site.
The normal exemptions to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in the service of a local authority apply.
The Order will be operative as of 13 February 2017 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 8 February 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
