Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Stephen Simmons deceased Caretaker\Groundsman of Flat 2 St John’s Court Church Road Canton Cardiff CF5 1NY who died on the 9th of October 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Administrator’s Solicitors Michael Leighton Jones of 53 Hanbury Road Bargoed CF81 8XD and to send such particulars no later than two months and one day after the appearance of this Notice after which date the Administrator will distribute the estate amongst the persons entitled thereof having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have had Notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not have had Notice.
