LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
BLACKBURN ROVERS FOOTBALL & ATHLETIC PLC hereby give notice that it has applied to vary the premises licence in respect of EWOOD PARK FOOTBALL STADIUM, EWOOD PARK, NUTTALL STREET, BLACKBURN, BB2 4JF, to:
a) Permit alterations to extend the layout of the outside licensed areas between the perimeter fence and the stadium in accordance with the amended site plan accompanying the application to facilitate the operation of a fan zone for away supporters at the Darwen end of the stadium.

b) Permit the supply of food, refreshment and both alcoholic and soft drinks from temporary concessionary mobile outlets and hawkers with the agreement of the Club on occasions when open air concerts are staged in the stadium and on other occasions when pre-arranged outside events are held at the stadium.

c) Permitthe consumption ofalcohol and other drinks purchased in the Blues Cafe Bar in the outside areas on the occasions when Blackburn Rovers First Team is playing at Ewood Park provided that the drinks are consumed from plastic containers.

Full particulars of the application have been placed on the Licensing Authority's Register kept by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council as Licensing Authority and can be inspected during normal office hours at the Town Hall, King William Street, Blackburn, BB1 7DU. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Council about this application. Such representations mustbe in writing and must be made not later than 15th day of March 2017. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5000.00. Forbes Solicitors
