Notice of application for a variation of club premises, Licence.
We Westhoughton Sports and Social Club
of 2 Park Road, Westhoughton, Bolton BL5 3DE
Have applied to Bolton Council to vary the Club Premises Licence
The variations applied for are
Live Music and Recorded Music
(Monday to Sunday - 19:00 to 00:00)
The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive.
Any 'Interested Party' or Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 17/02/17. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 17/03/17. all representations must be made in writing.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5000
