LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence
I/We, INTERNATIONAL GROCERY STORE LTD hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of International Grocery Store Ltd, 250 London Road, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 7JG. The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are Retail sale of alcohol off the premises. Sale of Alcohol Mon - Sun 06:00 to 24:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council). All such representations shall be make in writing, by 16/02/2017. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Department of Enterprise, Tourism and the Environment, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5000).
