make a representation in writing to the Licensing Unit
Leader, Wychavon District Council, Queen Elizabeth
Drive, Pershore, Worcs., WR10 1PT by 02/03/2017.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is level
5 on the standard scale (currently £5000).
