Notice of application for a new Premises Licence
We M & K Groceries of 162 Ivy Road , Bolton, BL1 6EE have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises Licence at M & K Groceries of 162 Ivy Road , Bolton, BL1 6EE. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:- Sale of Alcohol by Retail for consumption off the premises between the hours of 9:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday The application may be inspected at Licensing Team Regulatory Services Ground Floor Town Hall Victoria Square Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 10/02/2017. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 10/03/2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
