CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (WEAVER WAY, BARONS QUAY ROAD, UNNAMED ROAD BETWEEN THE TWO, CROWN STREET AND LEICESTER STREET, NORTHWICH) (PROHIBITION OF PARKING AND
PROHIBITION OF LOADING) ORDER 2017
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th February 2017 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into force on 17th February 2017. The effect of the order will be to prohibit parking along the I lengths of road specified in schedule1 and prohibit loading [ along the lengths of road specified in schedule 2. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or to any provisions contained in it, on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 17th February 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
SCHEDULE 1 (Prohibition of Parking-at all times) Weaver Way, Northwich (Both sides) - The full length. Barons Quay Road, Northwich (Both sides) - The full length. Unnamed Road, between Weaver Way and Barons Quay Road, Northwich (Both sides) - The full length. Crown Street, Northwich (Both sides) - The full length. Leicester Street, Northwich (Both sides) - from its entrance to the multi storey car park at Barons Quay to its junction [ with Venables Road.
