CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER BOROUGH COUNCIL (A559 LEICESTER STREET ROUNDABOUT, A559 CHESTER WAY (WEST AND EAST), B5075 NEW WARRINGTON ROAD, B5082 STATION ROAD, LEICESTER STREET, STATION ROAD (WEST), HADFIELD STREET, HORSESHOE WAY, ROCK SALTROAD AND YATES WAY, NORTHWICH)
(PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2017
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th February 2017 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into force on 17th February 2017. The effect of the proposed order will be to prohibit waiting at all times on the lengths of road specified in schedule 1; to prohibit waiting between the hours of 8am and 6pm on the length of road specified in schedule 2.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or to any provisions contained in it, on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 17th February 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
SCHEDULE 1 (Prohibition of Waiting - at all times) A559 Leicester Street Roundabout, Northwich (Both sides) - The full circulatory carriageway. A559 Chester Way (South West of Leicester Street Roundabout), Northwich (South East side) - From its junction with B5082 Station Road to its junction with Kingsway.
