NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Edith Eileen Everiss deceased late of Beech Rock Helm Road Windermere Cumbria LA23 2HS who died on 31st December 2016 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of such claim or interest to the undersigned, the solicitors for the Executors, on or before 24th April 2017 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they then have notice
