NOTICE OF MAKING
CHESHIRE WEST AND CHESTER
BOROUGH COUNCIL (BARONS QUAY, NORTHWICH) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2017
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th February 2017 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into force on 17th February 2017. The effect of the order will be to prohibit driving on the lengths of road specified in schedule1 (unless requiring access to land or premises on or adjacent to the said lengths of road) and schedule 2.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or to any provisions contained in it, on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 17th February 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose.
SCHEDULE 1 (Prohibition of Driving) Weaver Way, Northwich -From its junction with High Street to the Barons Quay development Service Yard. Crown Street, Northwich - From its junction with Weaver Way for its full length.
SCHEDULE 2 (Prohibition of Driving) Un-named road between Weaver Way and Barons Quay Road -
From its junction with Weaver Point Way to its junction
with Weaver Way.
