NOTICE OF THE MAKING OF A DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YORK (PART OF THE FORMER NO. 2 AREA OF THE COUNTY OF THE WEST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE) DEFINITIVE MAP WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981
PUBLIC FOOTPATH No. 9 ASKHAM BRYAN DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2017
The above Order, made on 6 February 2017, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the Council of the City of York (Part of the former No. 2 Area of the County of the West Riding of Yorkshire) by adding to them the Footpath from its junction with York Road proceeding in a south south easterly direction across Askham Bryan College, to its junction with the A64. A copy of the Order and the Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at City of York Council, West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GA until 27 March 2017. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought here at the price of £1.50.
Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Rights of Way Officer, City of York Council, West Offices, Station Rise, York, YO1 6GA, no later than 27 March 2017, stating the grounds on which it is made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council to the City of York, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State, may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
