Adam Foster has applied to WPBC Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at Seabeats 86 The Esplanade DT4 7AT and propose to carry on the following activities Sale of Alcohol, and playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description); 9am until 23.00pm.
Applications are available for public inspection at WPBC or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 10th February until 7th March 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person s l able on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
