NOTICE OF MAKING A PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 257 AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF SCHEDULE 14 The Sedgemoor District Council
(Footpath BW16/18(inpart) in the parish of Nether Stowey) Public Path Diversion Order 2017 The above order was made on the, 7th February 2017, under section 257 of the Town & Country Planning Act, 1990. The effect of the order will be to divert the public footpath running from part of footpath ref BW16/18 in the parish of Nether Stowey from point A (Nat Grid Map Ref. 320479 139332) at Inwood Farm, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, TA51HY, in a generally north westerly direction to point B (Nat Grid Map Ref 320751 139463), a distance of approximately 310 metres and create an alternative footpath instead to a line running from pointA (Nat Grid Map Ref. 320479139332) on footpath ref BW16/18 at Inwood Farm, Cannington Road, Nether Stowey, TA5 1HY, in a generallynorth westerly direction through point C (Nat Grid Map Ref 320708 139421) to point B (Nat Grid Map Ref 320751 139463), a distance of approximately 307 metres. The width of the path will be 2 metres, as shown on the order map.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, from 9a.m. to 5p.m. Monday to Friday. Copies may also be seen by contacting Nether StoweyParish Council.
Any representation about or objection to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to Group Manager, Property & Income, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR not later than the 15th March 2017. Please state the grounds on which itis made.
